-Each participant will have a tracking sheet kept at the front desk
- Pick a fitness level and complete the challenges
- Complete ALL the challenges listed in your level to be entered to win the GRAND PRIZE of that group. 
- Winners will receive a prize specific to their fitness level

Intro to Barbell Lifting

Join the YMCA's Personal Trainers for a 4 week introduction to barbell lifting program. You will learn proper form for the deadlift, bench press, and back squat. Trainers will help guide you through the movement and answer any questions you have. Ages 15+
