Machine Foundation Program

Machine Foundation Program with Personal Trainer Zach.

In this 4 session class, you'll learn the 9 standard machines for total body resistance training. You'll get a 3 day training split to maximize training efficacy.

Starts April 1st!

-Each participant will have a tracking sheet kept at the front desk
- Pick a fitness level and complete the challenges
- Complete ALL the challenges listed in your level to be entered to win the GRAND PRIZE of that group. 
- Winners will receive a prize specific to their fitness level
