The YMCA Infant & Toddler Program is designed for children ages 6 weeks to 2 years old. Our Childcare Center provides children with a safe and cozy family environment for play and learning that makes both children and parents happy. They nurture the values, skills and relationships that lead kids to positive behavior, educational achievement and better health.

At the Y, we believe strengthening community starts with helping kids reach their potential. Our kids develop positive attitudes toward making friends, learning new things and staying healthy. They have fun as they grow in spirit, mind and body.

The YMCA Preschool Program is designed for children ages 3-5 years old. Our Child Care Centers provide a stimulating preschool curriculum and a safe learning environment.

YMCA early childhood education and learning programs help children develop the building blocks they need to thrive in kindergarten. Children develop communication, reasoning and problem-solving skills through play, interaction with other children, and exploration of their environment. Early childhood education and learning programs help children grow physically, and mentally, while emphasizing and modeling the character development values of Caring, Honesty, Respect and Responsibility.

Pre-K Counts is a state-funded, income based preschool education program that helps prepare kids for Kindergarten in a school-like environment.

By enrolling your eligible child in quality pre-kindergarten, your child has a better chance of being ready for kindergarten and grade school. A strong early start in pre-kindergarten means they have a better chance of doing well in school, going on to college or career training, and getting a good job. All of this can start by enrolling your child in a Pre-K Counts classroom!

The YMCA's Before and After School Program serves children from Kindergarten to age 12 within your local School Districts. More importantly, it helps youth realize who they are and what they can achieve by reinforcing positive values in a caring atmosphere, with activities designed to help kids make friends and grow stronger in mind, body, and spirit.

At YMCA Summer Day Camps, children learn leadership skills and develop self-confidence in a safe, accepting, and stimulating environment. Our camps offer kids aged 5-12 years a fun and engaging environment where they will make friends and find a sense of belonging & accomplishment. With a focus on closing the summer achievement gap, parents can rest easy knowing your child is learning every day, all while having a great time.

Child Watch and Youth Movement are one of the many benefits of being a member of the River Valley Regional YMCA. Your kids will have fun with age-appropriate toys, games, and activities, while being supervised by YMCA staff. Our staff care for your child while a parent is on site at the YMCA utilizing our facilities.
