Climbing Club
Join our Climbing Club to learn about yourself while rock climbing! The overarching theme is to improve body awareness and learn life skills through rock climbing.
Kids in the club will learn how to build and maintain body tension, flag, dyno, lock off, and smear. They'll also learn how to build mental toughness, face their fears, and how to persevere when the challenge increases. Our instructors make sure this is a SAFE and FUN environment for members to push their limits.

Tot Tumbling
This program introduces kids ages 3 - 5 to the basics of gymnastics. They'll learn how to point their toes, engage their core, back bend, backward roll, and toes to bar, as well as the types of equipment: vault, bars, beam, and floor. Gymnasts may advance to the progressive class as they progress, per instructor's recommendation.

Progressive Gymnastics
This program is for ages 6+ and is broken into 3 levels based on skill/experience. New participants start in Level 1. As they progress in their abilities, they will move through levels 2 and 3, per instructor recommendation. Students who progress through level 3 and want to continue with gymnastics, can look at joining the competitive team. All levels get experience using the vault, bars, beam and floor.

Lock Haven Branch YMCA Lynx Competitive Gymnastics' Team
This team practices year round, with competition season being December-March. Must join between March and August. Must be 7 - 17 years old and be a YMCA Member. We offer 3 levels depending on ability. A - Team, B - Team, and C - Team.
We are offering a Prospect Class for more advanced gymnasts interested in trying out for the team. Class is held during team practices so participants get a preview of the team before joining.
Wednesdays from 3:00 - 6:30pm
Prospect Class Session 1: March 5 - April 9
Prospect Class Session 2: April 16 - May 21

Co-Ed Youth Volleyball Program
Join Middle School volleyball coach, Tiffany Thomas, and learn the fundamentals of volleyball. Participants will learn the in's and out's of the sport and get an early start to playing this sport. Ages 9 - 14 are welcome.
