Join a small group of peers for a more personalized workout, learn proper lifting techniques, and more! We are also currently offering injury screenings and wellness seminars from local Certified Physical Therapist, Scott Border from H2 Health.

Igniting Hope

Hey ladies! We are offering a free, women only faith based motivational study. Igniting Hope, taught by Melanie Wittrock, is a continuation of our Stand Unshaken Program. 

May 7 - June 4, 2026

This class is Thursday mornings 8:30-9:55AM in our art room.

Adult/Youth Personal Training Sessions

Youth 11+ can join in with a parent/guardian and learn right along side them. Build confidence in the gym and develop lifelong healthy habits together.
