The Williamsport Branch YMCA is dedicated to making your rental experience the best it can be. Our amazing party planner will help you plan and stage your event and will provide a host who will be present for your booked party. Meal planning and custom cakes available through the Y!
To reserve your party please email Lori Glant at lorig@rvrymca.org or call 570-323-7134 ext. 109. Party rentals require a $50 deposit at booking with the remainder due 7 days prior to the event.
Gym Party
Utilize our Basketball Gymnasium for a fun filled party for all ages! We can accommodate up to 50 party guests. Gym rental includes 1/2 set up for gathering of guests and the other 1/2 can be customized to your needs.
Gym Party Options:
- Bounce House (for ages 2 - 6 years old)
- Carnival Style Games
- Sports (Basketball, Volleyball, Soccer, Tee Ball with Coach)
2 Hour Full Gym Rental: $300
Add-on Options:
- Pool Use (45 minutes) $100
- Movie on 18ft screen with popcorn and extra hour of gym use $100 )must be p/pg rated)
- Glow in the Dark Package with music and glow sticks $150
- Nerf Party - All supplies included $75
Tea Party
It's Tea Party Time!
The perfect way to celebrate with friends is a lovely cup of tea and yummy snacks. Bring your favorite teddy bear and prepare to be spoiled with a very special Tea Party at the Williamsport Branch YMCA!
Our Tea Parties are 2 hours long and customized to our special guest! Enjoy a craft/art project, your choice of juice/cocoa for our special teacups, and a snack (fruit snacks and/or cookies, all nut free). Birthday cakes, cupcakes, or cookies can be added onto any package.
Tea Parties accommodate 18 Guests
Cost: $250
Pool Party
Our Pool Parties include a separate room for gathering and food, then you and your guests get to splash and play the afternoon away in the water! Pool parties are 2 hours, with Certified Lifeguards on duty at all times.
* Parents are REQUIRED to be in the pool/pool area with children attending at all times. We can accommodate 20 guests with the option to add more for an additional fee.
Pool Party cost: $300
Pool Party Add On Services:
- Movie in the Pool: $100 (add 45 minutes, must be p/pg rated).
- Water games and equipment: $25
- Add 10 Guests: $75
Private Playground & Party Room
Perfect for ages 2 - 8 years old, our Private Playground with Party Room is a great option for any birthday! This 2 hour rental includes a party room, then the kids can play in our private gated play area. party accommodates up to 18 guests.
Cost: $120
