MX4 Group Training
MX-4 is small group personal training on the Matrix Connexus System using the 4 pillars of fitness: Endurance, Strength, Power and Cardio. The endurance is a combination of balance, coordination, stability and stamina. Strength is controlled and purposeful. Power is explosive and fast, finally, cardio is smooth and rhythmic.
