Fuel and Fit

Fuel and Fit with Laura Brennan

Join Laura Brennan for two 1 hour sessions per week for one month to learn proper lifting technique with correct form. Achieve amazing results using weights, not cardio.

Program includes:

  • Weekly homework assignments for 3 amazing lifts 
  • Nutrition consultation with recommendations to help enhance workouts and fuel them properly
  • Group support and accountability 
  • Access to the Easton Lycoming Branch YMCA for the entire program!

Youth Conditioning

Calling all girls in grades 3rd, 4th, and 5th! Join our new Youth Conditioning Program at the Eastern Lycoming Branch YMCA. This class will focus on power, speed, agility, and strength - great for an off-season athlete looking to stay in shape. Improving both upper and lower body strength, this class promises to keep you active over the cold winter months!

Mondays 6 - 6:35 pm

Monthly Cost: $35, Drop in rate is $10 per session.
