Fuel and Fit with Laura Brennan
Join Laura Brennan for two 1 hour sessions per week for one month to learn proper lifting technique with correct form. Achieve amazing results using weights, not cardio.
Program includes:
- Weekly homework assignments for 3 amazing lifts
- Nutrition consultation with recommendations to help enhance workouts and fuel them properly
- Group support and accountability
- Access to the Easton Lycoming Branch YMCA for the entire program!
