PERSONAL TRAINING - Maximize your workout with individualized and/or group training. Work ONE-ON-ONE with a personal trainer to achieve YOUR specific wellness goals: weight loss, muscular strength, sports training, core, flexibility, accountability, and more! OR form a GROUP of 2 – 5 individuals with similar wellness goals and a personal trainer will train you together.

45 minute Partner Training - $25 each member / $35 each non-member

60 minute Partner Training - $30 each member / $40 each non-member

 

FITNESS ASSESSMENT - An assessment of your current fitness level that includes cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength and endurance, body composition, flexibility, balance and resting heart rate. Assessments are performed by a certified Personal Trainer, who will also discuss your goals and help you formulate a plant to reach them. 

YMCA RESTORE - You train like an athlete, now it's time to recover like an athlete. Restore combines active myofascial release and assisted stretching by a Certified Personal Trainer with additional certifications to remove fascial restrictions, elongate muscles, and improve mobility.
