Women's Intro to Lifting

A 4 week class taught by women for women to gain the confidence & technique you need to help you reach your next level of fitness. Class will focus on the most common incorrectly executed forms of lifting. We will focus on proper deadlift, squat & bench, in addition to small muscle exercises. 

Sundays October 15 - November 5 from 1:00 - 2:00pm

Must be 15 years or older

Members: $35       Non-Members: $45
