Personal Basketball Training
Private & Small Group basketball instruction! 1 on 1 or small groups (max 5 players). Training held weekday evenings (no Thursdays) and Sunday late afternoon. Instruction based on participants schedule. Key game components will be taught, requests will be taken, such as focusing on particular skills (ex: defense or shooting).
STARTS WEEK OF JANUARY 9TH
Cost 1 Player for 1 hour $25 per player
Cost 2 Players for 1 hour $20 per player
Cost 3 Players for 1 hour $15 per player
Cost 4 Players for 1 hour $10 per player
Cost 5 Players for 1 hour $5 per player
Ages: Boys and girls, Grades 4th - 11th

Junior Weight Lifting
Free Program sponsored by First Energy Foundation!
Youth members and non-members ages 11-15 are encouraged to lift under the supervision and guidance of
trained staff members. All young lifters must stay in the free weight room with instructors. Sign up today!
