Training Buddy Hour

Safe Lifting for Teens ages 12 - 17 years old. (Parent must complete sign up)

Date: Tuesdays and Fridays in December

Time: 4 - 5pm in the Weight Room

Members: $15/session  Non-Members: $20

Space is limited. Onlu 3 teens per training hour.
