BECOME A VOLUNTEER Volunteers are essential to the success of the YMCA. Volunteering not only benefits the children, families, older adults, and programs of the YMCA, it also benefits the community and individuals that dedicate their time and energy. All that you give as a volunteer will impact the children and families of our community for a lifetime. What are the qualifications for volunteering? Where can I volunteer and with what programs? We need volunteers in many of of our programs including youth sports (coaches, referees, and site supervisors), childwatch, childcare, aquatics, afterschool and summer camp, homework tutors, wellness, health education, office work, fund raising, special events, board/committee work, and much more! |
